In this hands-on club we will move and groove by investigating all kinds of moving objects such as racing cars, balloons, flying animals, spaceships, and more. We will even discover movement through chemical reactions and explosions! Grab your lab coats for this one of a kind STEAMtastic adventure!
Bonkers for Books- Fall Fun! Grades K-1 Are you bonkers for good books? Then this is the club for you! Each week, Ms. Forbes will share some of her favorite Fall books, teach important literacy skills and connect it all to a STEAM activity. We will read some exciting titles such asRunaway Pumpkins, and melt our homemade pumpkins, The Leaf Thief, and create cool leaf art, and much more! This club will be a fun-filled way for your child to improve their reading confidence, vocabulary, creativity, and communication skills. Come see how much fun books can be!
LEGO Mania Grades 1-3 Calling all young builders! Our LEGO Club is the ultimate place for kids to get creative, have fun, and make new friends. Students will experience awesome building challenges, cool craft activities, and yummy snacks like "LEGO brick" treats. Whether you’re a LEGO pro or just starting out, you’ll have a blast building amazing creations, learning new tricks, and sharing your ideas with other LEGO fans.
STEM Palooza Grades 2-5 We are heading on a STEMtastic mission where we will explore the world of science through hands-on experiences. We will investigate the science behind engineering, biology, and chemistry with cool experiments and projects. Get ready to build unique structures and delve into some exciting STEM challenges. 3D/Fiber Art Fun! Grades 2-5 Calling all artists to come explore the world of 3D/Fiber art! In this cool, unique club students will create pieces of 3D art and fiber art such as string mache bowls, wire sculptures, yarn paintings and much more! You will be inspired by working on fun projects and walk away with some beautiful new 3D pieces of artwork. Don’t miss out on this amazing art experience!
Crafty Creators Grades 3-5 Come explore the exciting world of crafting as we discover art and use our creativity! We will create multiple projects such as melted bead art, cool keychains, and much more. You will be able to bring home unique, handmade items to share with your family.
